We understand that car restoration is a lengthy process, but you must open your boxes and check your order carefully within 30 calendar days of the dispatch date.

If you received the wrong product (not what you ordered) or an item is damaged or defective, please contact us via phone or email with supporting photo evidence.

Our team will then advise you of the next steps we will take to resolve the issue.

Customer Error

Because our products are custom made to order, we will not be held liable for incorrect information supplied at the time of ordering. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Choosing the wrong vehicle make or model
- Selecting an incorrect colour
- Selecting incorrect seat type

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all order details are correct on the quote before placing the order. We strongly encourage you to review your vehicle specifications and product selections carefully and contact us with any questions before ordering.
